And I met up with what I believe is a Douglas Squirrel on Y.T.'s and S.'s cabin porch. This one doesn't have as bushy a tail as the one I met in Oregon.

Wht a beauty - both of them - but the wee hummingbird is so special.
I just love to see these humming birds. We do not have them here in the uK
Lovely sightings. I well remember my first Rufus Hummingbird!
Your squirrel is so adorible... Don't you want to have him stay to lunch?
Hope you continue to have a delightful and refreshing trip.
Love those Rufus Hummingbirds. We have them here in our yard everyday. They are quite a joy to watch. Love that Douglas squirrel.
