Visitor at the Back Door

This Mourning Dove came right up to the back door. I took its photo through the window.

Lovely photograph, pam. I miss the doves that were often in the yard in Washington.

Nice series of posts at the Hacienda del Sol. There's something about cactus flowers that always seems like the perfect metaphor for life-- out of the driest, thorniest conditions something beautiful can bloom.
